Home Tia Juana June 1959 Boletin

Among the documents Pat Gazewood contributed to this site is the June 26, 1959 "Boletin de Tia Juana".  The 1959 graduation ceremony was the lead story.  I've included the entire bulletin because it provides an interesting "slice of life" on Lake Maracaibo in June of 1959.  It tells the graduation story, but it also tells what movies were on at the club that month (remember apta & no apta), who held a cocktail party for whom, etc. The camp bulletins contained all the news fit to print back in those days, and they contributed to our sense of community.
