Are there any Dilbert fans out there? Scott Adams (the creator of Dilbert) could get some great material from reading the exchanges between AT&T Tech Support and desperate customers who are no longer getting e-mail from non-AT&T subscribers. I am reminded of the strip where Dilbert's e-mail was down. The only way he could get it fixed is by sending an e-mail from his own computer to the e-mail support department. Of course, since his e-mail wasn't working, he could not report the problem in that way. No other problem reporting method was acceptable. AT&T works very much the same way. Here are some classics:
